Main Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop comprehensive training programs covering product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and dealership policies

  2. Customize TMP training materials to suit organizational needs, ensuring relevance and alignment with local dealership goals

  3. Create engaging training content such as manuals, presentations, videos, and interactive modules to support effective learning

  4. Develop internal training programs as requested by the Vehicle Sales Department (VSD) or other departments

  5. Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and onboarding sessions for new hires and existing sales staff

  6. Deliver training on product knowledge, selling skills, and customer satisfaction strategies

  7. Provide personalized coaching and mentoring to Marketing Professionals (MPs) and Group Sales Managers (GSMs) to address performance gaps and support career development

  8. Ensure MPs are prepared for TMP's Bi-Annual Examination and achieve passing scores

  9. Stay updated on the latest automotive models, features, technologies, and industry trends

  10. Train staff on best practices in prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques

  11. Introduce and reinforce the use of digital sales tools and platforms to enhance competitiveness

  12. Ensure all MPs and GRMs are equipped to communicate product benefits effectively to customers

  13. Develop and implement tools to assess training effectiveness and individual performance

  14. Conduct surveys and gather feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery

  15. Participate in regular team meetings to align training efforts with dealership goals, discuss training needs, and share insights

  16. Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, assessments, and feedback

  17. Prepare and submit required reports to TMP's training section and internal departments

  18. Coordinate monthly dealer training activities and requisitions for advertising and marketing collaterals with TMP

  19. Prepare MPs for TMP's MP Audit and ensure compliance with audit standards to achieve passing rates

  20. Support the development and engagement of TOPS Club Members through targeted initiatives

  21. Assist in non-technical tasks or cross-functional support as needed by other departments

  22. Perform other job-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
