Job Description

Partner Success & Relationship Management

  • Support the Partner Success Department in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing KA/ISP partners.
  • Coordinate with partners to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide basic platform and process guidance through onboarding and quarterly business reviews.
  • Monitor partner performance against KPIs and success metrics, including sales reports, SLA performance, and Viber support group activities.

Partner Enablement & Coordination

  • Assist in onboarding new ISP partners by ensuring timely completion of documentation and required resources.
  • Work with internal teams to support retention efforts and ensure smooth integration of store partners.
  • Help develop reports and reference materials that educate partners on platform features, best practices, and integration processes.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect and analyze partner data to identify performance trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare partner performance reports, presentations, and business review materials.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of partner interactions, agreements, and financial records.

Other Responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with the Partner Success Supervisor.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.
  • Willing to travel as required, including monthly store visits within the South Luzon area.
