Job Summary:

The Admin-Cashier is responsible for handling daily cash transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting in administrative operations to ensure smooth business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle cash, check, and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Record and reconcile daily sales reports and cash balances.
  • Prepare and submit daily collection and deposit reports.
  • Ensure all receipts, invoices, and vouchers are properly documented and filed.
  • Assist in inventory monitoring and office supply requisition.
  • Support HR and Admin functions such as attendance monitoring, filing of 201 files, and encoding of employee data.
  • Coordinate with accounting for cash remittance and expense reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and company records.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support front desk operations when needed.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in cashiering or administrative work.
  • Knowledgeable in basic accounting and office procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
