Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines NEPTEL Design + Build Full time ₱900,000 - ₱1,200,000 per year

Will be responsible for planning, supervising, and monitoring all construction activities on assigned projects. They ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, budget, and schedule while coordinating with stakeholders to resolve technical and operational concerns.

  1. With at least 2–3 years in interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, residential, or office).
  2. Proven track record in managing multiple fit-out projects from mobilization to handover.
  3. Experience in coordinating with designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

Technical Skills

  1. Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, materials, finishing, and detailing.
  2. Familiarity with construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
  3. Proficient in project management tools/software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.).
  4. Knowledge of local building codes, permits, safety, and quality standards.

Management & Coordination

  1. Ability to plan, schedule, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
  2. Skilled in budget control, cost estimation, and resource allocation.
  3. Strong leadership in supervising site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  4. Excellent problem-solving skills to handle design changes, delays, or site issues.

Soft Skills

  1. Strong communication and negotiation skills for dealing with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  2. Highly organized with attention to detail.
  3. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  4. Team player with leadership qualities and decision-making skills.
