JOB DESCRIPTION
- In a residential apartment building, you typically work at a desk or station near the front of the building.
- Welcoming residents and visitors, passing along messages, hailing a taxi cab and suggesting excellent places to dine (if needed)
- Main role in organizing, managing, and keeping an office running
- Responsible for clerical and organizational tasks like file organizing, scheduling appointments, assisting other staff members, and drafting correspondences or messages.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handles the congenial and professional traffic in and out of all identified and visiting personnel, as well as endorsed and immediate parcels.
- Handles queries, requests and information dissemination and management in person (over the counter), over the phone ( through voicecalls and SMS / MMS) and over electronic mail (email)
- Answers and transfers calls
- Handles the inputting, assigning and tracking of tickets issued thru the Client care Helpdesk system while coordinating with building administration, housekeeping, engineering, accounting, security and all other third-party vendors, and the management of the Resident's Omnibus (The property's 201 file per unit/resident)
- Handles the traffic in and out of personnel and parcels for property
- Handles queries, requests and information dissemination and management in person, over the phone and over electronic mail
- Answers and transfers calls, and handles the Client Care Helpdesk system while coordinating with building administration, engineering, accounting and third-party vendors, while also periodically updating the OUR Omnibus per rent cut-off.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
