What will be your role

The Accounting Manager will report and work closely with the President and Vice President, focusing on the analysis and reconciliation of accounts along with the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and controls. Prepares financial statements and manages the monthly financial close process, ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balances, reconciliations, and report preparation. Ensure overall coordination of all financial accounting activities through an annual report.2.

What you bring to the table

Must be a Certified Public Accountant with at least 3 years of managerial experience.Experience in process improvements.Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in work.3. Must haves

The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership capabilities (able to manage complex accounting structures), a solid operational and technical accounting background, and work proactively to drive results. Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is an advantage. High level of integrity and is action- and goal-oriented in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Team player. Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and collaboration abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
