Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related field.
  • Should have training certificates for Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction or industrial safety management, including hazard identification and risk assessment.
  • Knowledgeable in safety regulations, DOLE standards, and emergency response planning.
  • Proficient in preparing and maintaining safety documentation, inspection reports, and compliance records.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in identifying root causes of safety issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Willing to relocate in Botolan, Zambales.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish a safety production responsibility system, operating procedures and emergency response plans
  • Through on-site inspections, problems such as aging equipment and non-compliant operations were identified, and follow-up rectifications were carried out until the loop was closed
  • Analyze the causes of the accident (such as operational errors or equipment malfunctions), and propose improvement plans in accordance with the "Four Nos" principle
  • Review high-risk construction plans (such as foundation pit support) and accept the design of safety facilities
  • Identify hazard sources (such as equipment defects, operation risks), quantify risk levels and formulate control measures
  • Prepare and maintain documents such as inspection reports and safety hazard investigation forms
  • Check and record the wearing of labor protection equipment by each on-site worker, and update the labor protection equipment regularly
