This full-time role will play a crucial part in driving the company's marketing strategy and execution, helping to elevate our brands and reach new customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to promote our diverse portfolio of food and beverage brands
  • Manage and oversee the company's social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and paid advertising
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Analyse marketing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions
  • Manage external marketing agencies and vendors to ensure successful delivery of marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new marketing strategies and opportunities

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Strong strategic and creative thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns
  • Proficient in digital marketing, including social media, content creation, and paid advertising
  • Experience in analysing and interpreting marketing data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A keen eye for detail and a proven track record of delivering high-quality work
