DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepares necessary documents and communicates with concerned parties to ensure compliance with business requirements.
  • Act as the point person between the Head Office and branch offices to ensure coordination and compliance with business requirements.
  • Monitor and oversee the logistics, supplies, and clerical needs of the department.
  • Communicate effectively with various departments, branches, and external partners or suppliers.
  • Prepare and organize administrative reports, memos, inventories and documentation.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Admin Head and management team.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor or management.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or logistics-related role.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Reliable, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
