We are currently looking for Process & Controls SOX Manager for one of our clients based in Philippines a full-time opportunity and Hybrid setup in Cebu with EY GDS. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set, achieve job satisfaction and upgrade your skills. More details as below.

Job Details:

Role : Process & Controls SOX Manager
Skills: Expertise in business process Audit, SOX compliance
Shift schedule: Morning/Mid
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience
Salary: PHP
Location: Cebu
Setup – Hybrid, 2Xweek RTO,

Must have requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in internal audit and SOX compliance, with at least 3 years in a managerial position, in US listed companies.

  • Proven experience in handling teams and managing various engagements, rather than working/contributing individually.

  • Degree related to accountancy, internal audit, or a combination of relevant fields.

  • Experience in non-financial industries.

  • Knowledge of auditing core business processes

  • Expertise in business process Audit not on SOX IT/IT Audit

Nice to have skills:

  • CIA (Certified Internal Auditor)/ CSOE (Certified SOX Expert) certifications

  • Knowledge in SOX ITGC (Information Technology General Controls) related to business processes

  • Experience working in a consulting setup. Big 4 or MNC
