Qualifications – Business Process Manager
Focus: Process Improvement & Documentation
Certifications (Preferred Not required)
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt – proven ability in process optimization and waste reduction.
Business Process Management (BPM) Certification – strong foundation in end-to-end process design and control.
Project Management Certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum Master) – for managing process-related projects.
ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems Auditor/Implementer (advantageous for organizations with compliance needs).
Experience
3+ years of progressive experience in process management, improvement initiatives, or operational excellence.
Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, document, and optimize processes across multiple business units.
Strong track record of writing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manuals, and process documentation.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and/or facilitating process workshops.
Hands-on involvement in automation, workflow redesign, or digital transformation projects is a plus.
Technical Skills
Experience in process mapping and documentation tools
Solid understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Kaizen methodologies.
Proficiency in data-driven process evaluation

Documentation: Adept at creating structured, clear, and compliant process documents and SOPs.

Communication: Strong ability to communicate complex processes simply to technical and non-technical teams.
