ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Consultant for Financial Processes and Controls at Infinnum Inc. in Cebu City. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving financial workflows and internal controls to enhance efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Analysis and Improvement: Assess and analyze existing financial processes, workflows, and internal controls to identify inefficiencies, risks, and areas for improvement. Develop and recommend strategies to streamline operations, enhance accuracy, and strengthen the control environment.
• Control Design and Compliance: Design, implement, and test financial controls to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, accounting standards, and company policies. Safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
• Implementation and Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and implement process improvement strategies with internal and client stakeholders, ensuring alignment with standards and cost management. Support the implementation of new financial systems or upgrades.
• Documentation and Training: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including process reports, policies, flowcharts, and control matrices. Facilitate training for client process champions to ensure effective adoption.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and enhance the overall client experience.
• Post-Implementation Support: Monitor and address post-implementation issues to ensure new processes and controls are executed effectively and sustainably.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Internal Audit, Finance, Management Accounting, or related fields.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA, Six Sigma) are a plus
• At least 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting processing
• At least 1–3 years of experience in internal control audits
• With exposure to BS, IS, and Cashflow presentation
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Proficiency in MS Visio or other process mapping tools

Pay: Php20, Php43,000.00 per month
