Admin Associate Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize records and files to ensure efficient retrieval and management of information.
Assist immediate supervisor with documentation and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Draft professional memos and letters with attention to detail and clarity.
Provide exceptional client assistance and handle inquiries promptly and effectively when needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
Strong file management skills with a systematic approach to organization.
Keen attention to detail, ensuring high accuracy in all tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
