Job DescriptionDescriptionCoordination with IT, business, vendors, and internal support groups (e.g. Information Security Office, Risk Management, Accounting, Compliance, Legal) on the following:Facilitation of Request For Information / Request For Proposal process

Facilitation of NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) and other privacy and Legal-related documents

Requirements definition (including impact of requirements on existing systems)Support in the preparation of RFP content, and seek content approvals as necessary

Release of RFP (request for proposal) to vendorsPOC presentations Client Reference calls

Gap analysis

Coordination with internal (and external stakeholders if applicable) for the assessment or evaluation of solution, timeline, implementation approach, among others

Vendor/solution evaluation and selection

Business case preparation & computation of total project cost

Contract review and negotiation

Scope of Work, Project Timelines, Training Requirements, Other Services ComponentsManagement of schedules and resources (internal & external)Risk and Issue identification and management

Regular reporting to management (e.g. project team, Project Steering Committee, Program Management Office)Timely preparation of reports and presentations related to the project, collection of content to other domains or SMEs as applicable

Compliance with the Portfolio and Project Management Division requirements

Coordinates with vendors and responsible IT units to ensure the acceptability and timely availability of project deliverables. Monitors status of IT project deliverables by regularly meeting with the project team, tracking project deliverables, updating timelines and the risk and issue register. Ensures deliverables are addressed with quality, on time and on budget, within planned milestone signoff of stakeholders.

Coordinates with the project team and reviews project documents to ensure compliance with CBC PCCI's project management and systems development standards as well as audit requirements. Keeps the internal stakeholders informed of the status of IT's project deliverables by regularly reporting on the progress, as well as the relevant risks and issues, of the project. Timely preparation of reports and presentations related to the project, collection of content to other domains or SMEs as applicable.

Facilitates fulfillment and submission of AI Trustworthiness Assessment (AITA) and coordination with Committee on AI for signoff. RequirementsWith at least 15 years of work experience in IT or related industry

With 10 years' experience as Project Manager in system development, data warehouse, data management, business intelligence, machine learning/data science and AI.Preferably with Banking project experience

Strong interpersonal skills; Proven leadership and management experience, stakeholders' management

Keen on details, with very good communications skills

Strategic, analytical and collaborative thinking, experienced with business case building and stakeholders' buyin'Efficient multitasking to keep various projects organized and on green status as per timeline, budget and quality plan

Proficient with project management tools, MS Project, Jira, others; Experience with waterfall and agile methodology

Aware of business metrics and value propositions
