Talent Acquisition Officer & Team Head, Recruitment Marketing

Job Summary

Responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of data science initiatives within the Bank. The individual in this role will lead a team of data scientists and work closely with various stakeholders to deliver innovative data-driven solutions and insights that enhance business performance and drive competitive advantage.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering). Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Data Science or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role, and relevant banking experience.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R. Experience with data manipulation and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, AWS, Azure) is advantageous.
  • Project management experience including planning, initiation, resource allocation, risk & issue management, and stakeholder management are required.
