AI Transformation Leader

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Data Science & AI Director to drive intelligent solutions across our digital ecosystem.

About the Role

This role is central to our data and AI transformation strategy. You will lead the development of machine learning models, architect scalable data platforms, and collaborate with senior leaders to embed AI into our core business functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-impact AI initiatives across product, technology, and operations.
  • Build and manage a team of Data Scientists, Analytics Engineers, AI Engineers, and ML Engineers.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for AI research, experimentation, and deployment.
  • Oversee the full ML lifecycle—from data preparation and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring.
  • Architect and maintain scalable data infrastructure, including data lakes, warehouses, and pipelines.
  • Deliver predictive modeling and advanced analytics to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to integrate AI into core business functions.
  • Ensure ethical and compliant AI practices in coordination with regulators and auditors.
  • Optimize data accessibility and performance across the organization.
Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
  • Strong foundation in computer science, software engineering, and systems architecture.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML algorithms and their trade-offs.
  • Hands-on experience across the ML lifecycle and big data ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their AI/ML services.
  • Experience designing and managing scalable data platforms and pipelines.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Financial services experience is a strong advantage, especially in fraud detection and credit scoring.
