Intelegencia is seeking a highly skilled General Ledger (GL) Accountant to join our Operations team. This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with a strong foundation in accounting, financial analysis, and reconciliation processes. You'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data while supporting a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record accurate and timely journal entries.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Prepare and review account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice posting, payment processing, and collections monitoring.
  • Perform detailed bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support financial statement preparation and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support internal and client audits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in GL accounting.
  • Strong background in AR and AP processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Must be flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • CPA or CMA certification (or candidacy) is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
