Key responsibilities

  • Sales and operations: Drive business growth, develop and implement sales plans, and oversee day-to-day store operations, including cost control and inventory management.
  • Customer experience: Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers and maintain high standards of service.
  • Partnerships: May involve developing professional relationships with local sports clubs, organizations, and events.

Skills and qualifications

  • Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Strategic thinking: Experience in developing and executing retail strategies.
  • Sales and financial acumen: Proven ability to drive sales and manage costs.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sports knowledge: A passion for and knowledge of sports is often beneficial.
