We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for creating memorable events.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their needs and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Prepare Memorandum of Agreement and Cost Estimates for Event.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create comprehensive event proposals, timelines, and budgets tailored to each client's objectives.
  • Oversee onsite event management, troubleshooting any issues that arise to ensure a smooth and successful event experience.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback from internal team and clients to continuously improve our services and offerings
