JOB SUMMARY:

Art Directors are storytellers that use imagery and design to bring ideas to life. The role of an Art Director for events stands out as someone who is one of the anchors of a team of creatives; harmonizing the elements of visual storytelling and brand identity into a cohesive narrative that speaks volumes. An Art Director is considered as a visionary that wields the power to not only conceptualize but bring to fruition ideas that captivate, engage and resonate with the client's vision on a profound level. The leadership of an Art Director transcends within the strategic objectives of a project, ensuring that every creative decision amplifies the brand's voice and propels its message across multidimensional spectrums.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage a team of designers to create 3D renders and 2D artworks that translate the event concepts
  • Collaborate and work closely with cross-functional teams including Accounts, Implementations and External Vendors
  • Great passion and have a keen eye for visual design principles
  • Review research materials to better understand brand objectives, target audience, and industry trends
  • Can provide clear creative direction for the design team
  • Can provide training and guidance to Junior Designers and able to craft internal processes to improve dynamics and outputs
  • Ensure that all aspects of the project are inline with the clients' requirements
  • Brainstorm ideas and concepts and communicate it with the relevant teams.

Related Work Experience

  • At least 5 years of related work experience
  • Experience in management role; has extensive experience in working for the same or any related industry

Skills

  • Proven ability to design for vastly different audiences, brands and industries. We want to know you can easily move from one client to another without stumbling.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated and have the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tight deliverables
  • Extensive experience in 3D and 2D designs and advanced graphic design skills with the ability to conceptualize and execute high-impact visuals
  • Experience working collaboratively with all levels of designers, copywriters and strategists
