Position: US HR Specialist (Hybrid Set Up)

Company Industry: BPO Company

Location: McKinley, Taguig City

Salary Offer: Php40,000-Php100,000

Work Schedule: Graveyard Schedule

Work Set Up: Hybrid Set Up (2x onsite)

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree holder

With at least 2 years' experience in US Payroll and Tax

Willing to work on a Graveyard Shift

Amenable to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig

Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

Look into, generate, and complete the required tax registrations for every tax location

and jurisdiction.

Check tax files and transfers on a regular basis in connection with payroll

transmissions.

Monitor and respond to tax notices, errors, and inconsistencies; if required,

Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues that are discovered.

Assist with the ongoing review and audit of employee tax records

Reconcile all pertinent taxes and adjustments on a regular basis.

Investigate and resolve a variety of tax-related issues as a subject matter expert

(SME).

If necessary, mentor other staff members.

As needed, provide support and/or backup to the Senior Payroll Tax Coordinators.

Other task may be assigned by immediate superior
