Position Overview

We're seeking an HR Manager with strong experience in proposal creation, document design, and business writing. This role blends HR and sales communication — helping us craft beautiful, persuasive proposals that reflect our values and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

You'll work closely with the owner to produce clear, visually compelling busines proposals and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Design and write HR and business proposals that are both visually stunning and strategically persuasive.
  • Collaborate with leadership to translate project goals and service offerings into client-facing proposals and presentation materials.
  • Understanding what sales and creates revenue for service based business
  • A secure model that provides our customers with trust that we are hiring the people we think we are

Requirements

  • Exceptional English communication skills — both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in proposal creation, business writing, or sales communications.
  • Proficiency with design and formatting tools (Google Docs, Canva, MS Word, or Adobe tools).
  • Strong understanding of business development, HR processes, and professional branding.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consulting, staffing, or professional services.
  • Familiarity with proposal automation or CRM tools.
  • Background in HR, marketing, or communications.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php2, Php4,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week

Experience:

  • Business Proposals: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Consulting: 1 year (Preferred)
