We are urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for our CDO Site – No Experience Needed As a CSR, you will assist customers with inquiries, billing concerns, technical support, and general account-related questions. You will be responsible for providing accurate information, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring that every customer receives excellent service.

This opportunity is open to fresh graduates and first-time applicants who are eager to start a career in the BPO industry. No call center background is required—we provide paid training to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, chat, or email in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly.

  • Meet performance targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • At least a high school graduate (K-12) or completed 2 years in college.

  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willing to work onsite at the CDO site.
