Qualifications

  • Candidate must be willing to be assigned to Vision Express SM Southmall.
  • At least Senior High School graduate or College level.
  • With at least 1 year of sales or retail experience, including background in selling, cashiering, or customer service; experience in lifestyle or fashion-related stores is an advantage.
  • Friendly, confident, and customer-focused; able to engage customers, recommend products, and create a positive store experience.
  • Willing to learn basic optical product knowledge (training provided), including frames, lenses, coatings, and eyewear care.
  • Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays, in line with operating hours.
  • Open to assignment in different store locations based on operational requirements.
