Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat requests from customers seeking technical assistance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Provide customers with accurate information about product features, capabilities, and limitations.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
