We are looking for an experienced Asset Management Supervisor to join our team at Teleperformance in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in overseeing our asset management operations. As the Asset Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for efficiently managing our company's resources and ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and coordinating the asset management team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on time
  • Monitoring the condition and utilisation of company assets such as equipment, technology, and supplies
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to optimise asset management processes
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Generating reports and analysing data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of asset management principles and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
