Call Center Sales Representative (Voice Account)

Location: Bridgetown, Pasig City

On-site | Full-time

Job Description:

We are looking for highly motivated and goal-driven Call Center Sales Representatives to join our dynamic voice account team. As part of a fast-paced BPO sales campaign, your primary role is to handle inbound and outbound calls, promote client products/services, close sales, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound sales calls or handle inbound inquiries from potential customers
  • Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products/services
  • Hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Upsell and cross-sell as needed
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system
  • Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally
  • Stay up to date with promotions, product changes, and scripts
  • Work effectively with team leaders and QA for coaching/improvement
Compensation Package:

  • Base Salary:

  • Up to ₱28,000/month (depending on experience & account)

  • Other tiers available: ₱23K / ₱24K / ₱26K

  • Performance-based Commissions:

  • Up to ₱5,000/month (sales-based)

  • Rice Allowance:

  • ₱2,000/month

  • Monthly Incentives:

  • Up to ₱35,000/month (depending on performance and quota achievements)

  • Sign-On Bonus (SOB) (for selected roles/accounts):

  • Up to ₱25,000–₱30,000 (one-time payout upon completion of terms)


Qualifications:
  • At least 18 years old
  • High School Graduate / SHS Grad / College level
  • With or without BPO experience (experience preferred for higher offer)
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Comfortable with sales, quotas, and performance metrics
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
  • Amenable to on-site work in Bridgetown, Pasig
