Be part of our client's team as an Asset Management Specialist, overseeing end-to-end fixed asset accounting, reconciliations, and reporting. Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and asset lifecycle integrity while working closely with finance and operations teams. Your expertise strengthens financial transparency, supports global operations, and maintains seamless asset management across the organization.

Salary: Up to PHP60,000

What It Takes To Qualify

• Degree or tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in fixed asset accounting within a shared services or corporate environment
• Strong understanding of asset accounting principles, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and reconciliations
• Proven experience with accounting systems or ERP platforms used for asset management
• Solid grasp of general accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and data integrity
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic and evolving business environment
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Team-oriented and proactive, with a focus on achieving individual and organizational goals

What You'll Be Handling

• Prepare and process asset registrations in SA, including cancellations, then update in Insphire
• Maintain and manage the vehicle tracking spreadsheet, and update in Insphire and AG Fleet Telematics system
• Maintain and manage all registration renewals, update in Insphire, and save receipts in dedicated folders
• Maintain and manage vehicle/truck mileage and inspection information in Insphire, monthly
• Prepare and process depot transfers for vehicles
• Maintain and manage driver name changes in Insphire
• Prepare and process purchase orders and sales invoices for assets
• Generate monthly reports on asset sales and purchases
• Review, allocate, and approve invoices for capitalization
• Update assets in Insphire and reconcile asset records between systems
• Collaborate closely with the fleet management team to provide timely financial information
• Handle ad-hoc asset management tasks
