Qualifications

● Bachelor's Degree in information technology, or computer science, or equivalent.

● Proven experience as an SAP MDM/MM/WM Analyst or a similar role, with hands-on experience in SAP ECC 6.0.

● Strong understanding of Warehouse Process (end-to-end)

● Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (SD, FI, PP).

● Ability to write functional specifications for ABAP programming.

● Management and logistics processes within a business context.

● Proficient in configuring SAP MDM, MM, WM modules, including warehouse structure, storage bins, put away and picking strategies, and inventory management.

● Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP).

● Ability to write functional specifications for ABAP programming.

● Willingness to work 100% onsite in Banawe, Quezon city.

Duties and Responsibilities

● Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements related to warehouse management and logistics processes.

● Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical design documents.

● Configure SAP MDM, MM, WM modules (e.g., warehouse structure, storage bins, put away and picking strategies, inventory management) based on business requirements.

● Customize and enhance the MDM, MM, WM module to meet specific business needs, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.

● Provide day-to-day support for the SAP MDM, MM, WM module, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.

● Perform system maintenance tasks, including regular system updates and upgrades.

● Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and performance of the SAP MDM, MM, WM solutions.

● Coordinate with business users for user acceptance testing (UAT) and obtain sign-offs.

● Prepare detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and procedures.

● Conduct training sessions and create user manuals to facilitate end-user adoption and proficiency.

● Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency.
