The SAP Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's SAP systems and related applications. This role ensures the effective alignment of SAP functionalities with business processes and goals, leading system integrations, upgrades, and optimization to enhance overall business performance. The SAP Manager will manage a team of SAP specialists and coordinate with various departments to deliver efficient, reliable, and scalable SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Management & Optimization:

Oversee the design, configuration, and management of SAP modules (such as FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, PP, etc.) to support business operations.

  • Implementation & Upgrades:

Lead SAP project implementations, system enhancements, and version upgrades in coordination with functional teams and vendors.

  • Process Improvement:

Identify areas where SAP solutions can streamline business processes, improve reporting accuracy, and drive operational efficiency.

  • Team Leadership:

Supervise and mentor SAP analysts, developers, and support staff; ensure the team's continuous learning and development in SAP technologies.

  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

Partner with department heads and key users to understand business needs and translate them into SAP system solutions.

  • Vendor Coordination:

Manage relationships with SAP service providers, consultants, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality solutions.

  • Data Security & Compliance:

Ensure system integrity, data accuracy, and compliance with company IT policies, data privacy regulations, and audit requirements.

  • Reporting & Analytics:

Develop and maintain SAP reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to support business decision-making.

  • Budget Management:

Prepare and monitor SAP-related budgets, project costs, and resource allocations.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage).

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in SAP system management or consulting.
  • Proven experience leading SAP implementation or migration projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA modules.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple SAP modules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
