Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and configure SAP FICO modules to meet business needs;

  • Analyze and understand business requirements related to financial and controlling processes;

  • Responsible for designing, creating, testing and documenting new and amended programs from supplied specifications in accordance with agreed standards. The provision of application maintenance and support services, either directly to users of the applications or to service delivery functions;

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, define system and specifications, and propose solutions;

  • Provide end-user training and support during the implementation and post implementation phases;

  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where existing SAP functionalities need customization;

  • Develop and execute test plans to validate system configurations functionality;

  • And stay updated on SAP best practices and new functionalities.

Job Qualifications

  • Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer/Telecommunications Engineering, Finance/Accountancy, Science and Technology or equivalent;

  • Preferably 2-3 years work experience in SAP FICO;

  • Knowledgeable on basic tcodes, business process, master-data configurations;

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP FICO modules;

  • Knowledge in material management, sales and distribution module an advantage;

  • With good written and verbal communication skills;

  • With strong leadership skills;

  • And willing to report 100% onsite in Banawe, Quezon City, as well as in Distribution Centers when needed.
