What is your mission?

We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Analyst to manage system administration, user access, and financial process support for our Finance & Operations module. In this role, you will handle onboarding/offboarding, troubleshoot system issues, reconcile invoices, and drive automation opportunities using Power Platform. This position is perfect for someone with ERP support experience who thrives in cross-functional collaboration and fast-paced environments.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and role/position changes for D365 users
  • Monitor and resolve tickets and D365-related issues in a timely manner
  • Perform daily invoice reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure financial accuracy
  • Configure, maintain, and secure user access, permissions, and security roles within D365
  • Identify, develop, and implement automation opportunities using Power Platform
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams on system enhancements
  • Proactively monitor D365 performance and coordinate with vendors or internal teams
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of processes and system updates
  • Comply with company policies, standards, and ERP best practices
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations module) administration and support
  • 1–3 years in ERP support or systems administration
  • Experience managing D365 user accounts, permissions, and security roles
  • Familiarity with invoice processing, reconciliation, and financial reporting
  • Strong understanding of ERP workflows and finance processes
  • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, FreshService, Azure DevOps/ADO)
  • Knowledge of ERP integrations and related technologies
  • Experience with D365 automation tools or Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
