Key responsibilities

  • Administer and govern enterprise platforms and environments (Dynamics 365, .NET applications, SharePoint, proprietary platforms, and supporting Azure services), ensuring stability, consistency, and controlled change management
  • Configure and optimise Dynamics 365 applications (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance & Operations) to align with business processes and evolving requirements
  • Maintain secure, reliable, and scalable integrations across enterprise platforms (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, .NET, and proprietary systems)
  • Oversee governance and configuration of Azure services (Data Factory, API Management, Synapse) to ensure compliant and trusted data flows that enable business reporting and analytics
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines across enterprise platforms using Azure DevOps and related toolsets, ensuring consistent, secure, and reliable deployments of applications, services, and infrastructure
  • Provide advanced technical support and act as a point of escalation for complex platform, integration, and environment issues
  • Embed DevSecOps practices into daily operations, ensuring security is applied consistently across platforms and environments
  • Proactively monitor platform performance, availability, and reliability to ensure services meet agreed expectations
  • Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting frameworks across applications, integrations, and environments to support real-time visibility

Skills and experience

  • Demonstrated experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments across development, testing, and production
  • Proven ability to implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ALM practices, and automated deployments in enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles, including identity and access management, encryption, monitoring, and vulnerability management
  • Experience configuring and supporting integrations across Azure services such as Data Factory, API Management, Synapse, and Service Bus
  • Hands-on experience with observability, logging, monitoring, and cost optimisation in Azure-hosted platforms
  • Familiarity with data protection regulations and security frameworks (e.g., APPs, Essential Eight, ISO 27001)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical and operational issues
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear business language for non-technical stakeholders, supporting informed executive decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
