About The Role

We are seeking a Junior D365 FinOps Developer to join our ERP Solutions team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a dynamic, collaborative environment.

As a Junior FinOps Developer, you will support the design, implementation, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). You will work alongside senior developers and business stakeholders to improve processes, resolve technical issues, and contribute to delivering user-friendly solutions.

What You'll Do
  • Assist in designing, building, testing, and deploying business solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Support troubleshooting of performance issues and participate in root-cause analysis.
  • Help with unit testing and document results for stakeholders.
  • Investigate and resolve production issues and bugs under guidance from senior team members.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Business Units, and other teams to support integration and user experience improvements.
What We're Looking For
  • 1–2 years of experience (or strong internship/project exposure) with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or other ERP systems.
  • Basic understanding of finance modules, business processes, and ERP concepts.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as .Net and/or C++, SQL, SSRS, or Power Platform is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
