As a Business Development Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You'll collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that address client needs and contribute to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential business opportunities and leads.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposals to promote our programs and services.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Plan and participate in sales and marketing events such as expos, corporate trainings, and webinars.
  • Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
  • Prepare reports and updates on business development activities for management.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of client engagements.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the organization's revenue goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing.
  • Preferred background in real estate, hospitality, education, or events management.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
