The Sales Intern will be responsible for researching and collecting contact details of potential leads, executing email campaigns to introduce the company, and analyzing competitor pricing. They will maintain an organized database of leads and provide regular reports to the Account Officer on lead generation progress and market insights.

Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation

  • Research and gather contact details of potential leads.
  • Verify and organize lead information for accuracy
  • Maintain and update the sales lead database.

2. Email Marketing

  • Create and execute email campaigns to introduce the company and its services.
  • Track and report email engagement metrics.

3. Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct competitor pricing analysis and monitor market trends.
  • Provide insights on industry benchmarks and pricing strategies.

4. Reporting and Documentation

  • Provide regular reports to the Account Officer on lead generation progress
  • Document market insights and competitor findings for reference.

5. Other Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Account Officer.
  • Comply with company policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Agribusiness, or a related field.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
