Marketing Operations Intern – New Business Channels

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Operations Intern to support the New Business Channel team. In this role, you will assist in executing marketing strategies, optimizing operational workflows, and tracking performance metrics. This internship offers hands-on experience in campaign execution, lead generation, and business development, while playing a key role in scaling marketing operations for emerging business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Support

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns aligned with new business growth objectives.

  • Lead Generation & CRM Management

Support lead generation efforts by maintaining data accuracy, updating CRM systems, and tracking campaign performance metrics.

  • Market & Competitor Research

Conduct research to uncover industry trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence that inform strategic decisions.

  • Marketing Collateral Creation

Help develop compelling presentations, reports, and digital assets to support business development and sales enablement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with teams across Sales, Product, and Digital Marketing to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

  • Project & Event Support

Provide administrative and logistical assistance for marketing projects, meetings, and events.

  • Process Documentation

Contribute to the documentation and improvement of marketing workflows to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

Work Schedule: Hybrid; Monday-Friday

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php1, Php1,500.00 per month
