We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Associate Intern to join our team and support a variety of sales operations, from lead generation to client outreach. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in the sales process, including CRM system management, and contributes directly to business development and client relationship management. As an intern, you'll work closely with the sales team to prospect new clients, maintain accurate data, and support activities that contribute to overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support:
  • Research potential leads to build and expand the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct outreach efforts, including cold calls, to introduce products/services and assess customer needs.
  • Accurately update and manage CRM records to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist with client follow-ups and ensure consistent communication.
  • Prepare reports and sales documentation to help track team performance.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of client information.
  • Data & Administrative Support:
  • Input and verify data in spreadsheets, databases, and CRM systems.
  • Organize and maintain accurate client and financial records.
  • Assist with administrative tasks like filing, scanning, and document management.
  • Ensure compliance with company data management and procedural standards.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Office Administration, or a related field.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to gain real-world sales experience.

Note:

This is an unpaid internship; however, top performers will be considered for full-time employment upon completion of the program.
