Work-From-Office is a setup based in Angeles//Cebu/Mabalacat/Makati/Ortigas
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who can confidently speak with elderly patients in the United States. Your primary responsibility is to call patients to confirm their address and basic details prior to the delivery of medical equipment. Because you'll be speaking with seniors, clear, natural-sounding English and a very light accent are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call elderly patients to verify addresses and contact details before scheduled equipment deliveries
- Confirm key order information with accuracy and professionalism
- Handle basic patient questions and route any clinical or technical questions to the appropriate team
- Document call outcomes and updates in the system with complete accuracy
- Follow HIPAA and internal privacy guidelines at all times
- Escalate any issues, delivery concerns, or unreachable patients
- Maintain daily productivity and quality targets
Qualification and requirements:
- Exceptional spoken English with a neutral or very light accent suitable for speaking with U.S. seniors
- Prior experience in healthcare, patient outreach, DME, pharmacy, or U.S. customer service is preferred
- Strong listening skills and the patience to speak with elderly patients who may need extra time or repetition
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
- Comfortable working U.S. hours
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
- Exceptional spoken English with a neutral or very light accent suitable for speaking with U.S. seniors
- Prior experience in healthcare, patient outreach, DME, pharmacy, or U.S. customer service is preferred
- Strong listening skills and the patience to speak with elderly patients who may need extra time or repetition
