We are looking for an Operations Manager for our Merida, Leyte site who will be responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic direction of a call center or back-office operation. This role involves overseeing the performance, people, and processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate and cost-effective manner
  • Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
  • Help ensure the organization's processes remain legally compliant
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives
  • Perform quality control and monitor production KPIs
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the quality of customer service
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Proven experience in managing call center or back-office operations
  • Strong knowledge of operational management and process improvement
  • Understanding of legal compliance related to operations
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
