Description

As a Program Operations Coordinator, you will support the design, delivery, and evaluation of K–12 STEM and enrichment programs. You'll ensure programs run seamlessly—from staffing and logistics to progress tracking—enabling schools to deliver high-quality, engaging experiences for students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Planning & Execution
  • Coordinate logistics (venue setup, staffing, materials, meals, attendance) for summer, afterschool, Saturday, or in-school programs
  • Monitor compliance, funding tracking, and operational readiness for audits
  • Site & Stakeholder Management
  • Liaise with school and district partners to understand goals and align program delivery
  • Assist in customizing programs to site calendars, staffing, and demographic needs
  • Data Tracking & Reporting
  • Collect and report participant attendance, engagement, and ADA/funding outcomes
  • Support regular program evaluations and feedback loops to measure student impact
  • Operations Support & Documentation
  • Maintain audit-ready operational documentation and attendance records
  • Assist with staff training coordination and resource management
  • Continuous Improvement & Communication
  • Help refine operational workflows and share best practices across sites
  • Support internal and external communications with partnering schools and internal teams
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Experience in operations, program coordination, project support, or logistics
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple site-related tasks
  • Excellent communication—able to clearly collaborate with district/school staff, internal team members, and vendors
  • Comfortable with data collection, reporting, and insights tracking (Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets helpful)
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and flexibility in dynamic environments
