Property Loads Agent

Virtual Staffing Solutions is looking for Property Loads Agents to join the team. The Property Loads Agent plays a vital role in managing property reservations, guest information, and post-travel resolutions for our client's vacation rental portfolio. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple systems efficiently to ensure smooth booking experiences for both guests and property managers.

• Manage and process property reservations, payments, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with travel agents and property managers to ensure accurate booking details.
• Handle guest inquiries, updates, and communication through email, Twilio, and HappyFox.
• Collect and upload guest information such as passports, flight details, and car information.
• Update guest portals with arrival instructions, access details, and property guidelines.
• Address booking modifications, cancellations, and add-on service requests promptly.
• Assist in resolving guest concerns by coordinating with property managers and the Resolutions team.
• Process security deposit refunds and follow up on post-travel issues or pending tickets.

• Previous experience in property management support, travel operations, or reservation coordination preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM, ticketing systems (e.g., HappyFox), and communication tools (e.g., Twilio).
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
