Other Tasks:

➢ Manage Customer Inquiry documentation and response.

➢ Manage Customer Complaint documentation and response.

➢ Maintain and request updated technical documentation locations, as needed.

➢ Request retesting for items expiring 1 month before the delivery date (and if passed, extension for 2 months after the testing date).

➢ Screenshot/Extraction of the relevant Sales Dashboard data for presentation in case of slow connection.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
