About the Role

We're hiring a
Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
to join our ServiceNow platform team. You'll work with developers and senior BSAs to enhance and expand our self-service catalog — all while learning low-code/no-code development in a real-world environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and translate client needs into functional requirements
  • Collaborate with developers and Senior BSA for solution design
  • Document business requirements clearly and prioritize effectively
  • Create test plans, test cases, and support functional/UAT testing
  • Design training materials and facilitate end-user training sessions
  • Help manage change processes for smooth feature rollouts

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and testing
  • Interest in learning low-code/no-code development (ServiceNow or similar)
  • Ability to create training documents and conduct small-group training
  • Experience working with developers and cross-functional teams

Good-to-Have

  • Hands-on with ServiceNow workflows or catalog items
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Exposure to Change Management processes
  • Experience supporting SaaS tools
