Job Summary:

The G/L Accounting Staff is responsible for revenue and cost reconciliation, journal entries, production reporting, and financial monitoring to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards.

Description of Responsibilities:

 Prepare monthly revenue and cost reconciliation for PUD, Warehousing, International, and Bacolod to SAP (averaging 712 billings per month)

 Prepare monthly warehousing production reports for issued billings

 Prepare and encode adjusting journal entries in SAP to correct revenue accounts for Air & Sea International, PUD, and Bacolod (subject to approval)

 Perform monthly prepaid cost reversal and setup in SAP

 Conduct monthly prepaid expense account reconciliation

 Handle daily cost encoding into production reports

 Check and encode current month costs into SAP's production report

 Encode costs from the prepaid petty cash fund (PCF) summary into the production report (Air & Sea International, PUD & Internal Billings)

Prepare and submit domestic petty cash replenishment summaries

Assist in audits, financial analysis, and compliance reporting

 Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time as the need arise.
