About the role

At FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS', we are seeking an exceptional Assistant Operations Manager to join our team in Metro Manila. This full-time role will play a vital part in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced hospitality business and ensuring the seamless delivery of our high-quality services.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist the Operations Manager in managing all operational aspects of our hospitality venues

  • Oversee the implementation of operational policies, procedures and systems to drive efficiency and quality

  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to coordinate operations, logistics and resource allocation

  • Lead and motivate a team of frontline staff, providing coaching and support to ensure excellent customer service

  • Identify and resolve operational issues or bottlenecks in a timely manner

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic operational initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Operations Manager or similar role within the hospitality industry

  • Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail

  • Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and develop a team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels

  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive continuous improvement

  • Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
