Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & Train the Design Team:

Provide hands-on training, mentoring, and development for designers and technical staff to ensure consistent performance and mastery of standards.

  • Review & Validate Project Quotations:

Oversee the accuracy of all technical drawings, cost estimates, and project quotations to ensure feasibility, profitability, and alignment with design specifications.

  • Quality Control & Standards Enforcement:

Conduct detailed quality checks for drawings, design documents, and project outputs to maintain high technical standards and minimize errors.

  • Coordinate With Sales & Production Teams:

Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate interpretation of client requirements and seamless project execution.

  • Improve Systems & Processes:

Develop and implement improved workflow processes, guidelines, and best practices for efficient technical operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in technical design, drafting, or design management (preferably in modular cabinetry, interiors, or construction).
  • Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Cabinet design tools, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to train and guide a technical team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
