The position will spearhead land development projects and complex structural design, ensuring technical excellence and project success.

Job Description:

  • Lead planning and execution of land development, overseeing road, water, and drainage systems, while ensuring alignment with project goals and regulations.
  • Direct the structural design and analysis for complex site development projects (e.g., retaining walls, flood control), providing expert guidance and ensuring structural integrity.
  • Conduct site investigations and structural repairs, delivering actionable insights and effective solutions.
  • Ensure project compliance, manage budgets and timelines, and provide technical reports to management.
  • Mentor and guide engineering staff, fostering a high-performing team.

Job Qualifications:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer with extensive experience in land development and structural design.
  • Proven leadership in managing engineering teams and complex projects.
  • Expertise in structural analysis and design, with strong knowledge of relevant codes.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and maintain professional integrity.
  • Available for Senior to Team Lead level.
