Technical Operation Audit Manager

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- PRC license (for related degree) is an advantage.
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in telecom, network engineering, IT, or technical auditing.
- At least 2–3 years in an internal audit or compliance function, ideally in a telecom or ISP environment.
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in internal audit, risk management, or technical operations.
Responsibilities:
Conduct technical audit / review independently or lead a team to audit the different functions under Network Group and other technical support groups
Formulate and design audit work programs
Conduct investigation on potential internal fraud cases involving technical operations
Review reports submitted by Technical Auditors regarding the process reviews conducted on the different technical operating procedures
Formulate the 3-year Audit Plans for Technical Audit
Recommend audit guidelines covering all administrative and procedural elements needed for the effective implementation and deployment of the annual audit plan / strategy
Business Understanding:
- Able to understand business systems and basic work flow charts or diagrams, and analyze interaction of processes.
- Able to understand how the auditee's organization works, including its vision, mission and organizational goals, organizational structures, control processes, and basic business cycle.
- Able to demonstrate an understanding of the products / services and its network configuration.
- Knowledge of the different types of switching and transmission equipment
- Basic knowledge in internal control concepts
- Able to use business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques,coordination of people and resources
