Graphic Designer - Onsite/Night Shift

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join a global creative team. In this role, you will design and create corporate deal-toy mementos, collaborating with international teams to bring concepts to life through precise flat artwork and visually compelling 3D models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create original deal-toy and corporate memento concepts based on project briefs.
  • Produce accurate flat schematic artwork and layout designs following brand guidelines.
  • Develop 3D models using Strata3D or similar software (training provided if needed).
  • Prepare and compile final presentation PDFs combining artwork, 3D renders, and specifications.
  • Redraw and refine vector logos to industry-standard quality.
  • Apply advanced typography knowledge to deliver polished designs.
  • Ensure all artwork meets strict quality and formatting requirements.
  • Collaborate with global partners and internal teams to deliver projects on time.

Qualifications & Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

  • 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat/Distiller.
  • Strong typography and vector logo recreation skills.
  • Experience in flat artwork and production-ready file creation.
  • A portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skill.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with 3D modeling software (Strata3D a plus; training available).
  • Experience designing corporate awards, promotional products, or 3D-based assets.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and deadline-oriented
